At Icy Fishing LLC, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to be as flexible as possible while ensuring fairness to our guides and other clients. Please review our policy before booking your trip.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 14 days' notice to cancel or reschedule their trip.
Instead of refunds, we allow clients to rebook their trip for a future date (subject to availability).
Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied to the rescheduled trip.
Clients may reschedule once without penalty. Additional rescheduling requests will not be accommodated.
Weather-Related Cancellations
If the weather is deemed unsafe for fishing, our company will make the final call and notify clients at least 24 hours in advance.
In the case of a weather-related cancellation, clients can reschedule at no additional cost.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals
No-shows forfeit their deposit and payment in full.
If running late, clients must communicate with their guide as soon as possible. Accommodations for late arrivals will be made at the guide’s discretion but are not guaranteed.
Emergency Situations
In case of a medical emergency or family crisis, clients should contact their guide immediately. Rescheduling requests will be reviewed at the guide's discretion.
